ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Following personnel will be eligible for Registration with INPA and the
associated Placement Nodes.
- Retired Naval Officers who have retired after completing the age of superannuation
- Retiring Naval Officers whose PR has been approved other than those on disciplinary
grounds.
- Short service commissioned officers.
- Personnel boarded out of service on Medical grounds.
- Retiring Officers 1 year prior to superannuation.
- PBOR's ( Personnel below Officer Rank)
- Widows and / or their next of kins
- Families of Naval Personnel (Officer/PBOR's)
HOW TO REGISTER
Registering on the site is a 3 step process, VIZ a) Creating an User ID,
b) Filling up of relevant INPA Registration Form and c) Providing payment details.
Step-1 : Creating an User ID
This is the initial step where you are required to fill up a single page form.
- On successful filling up of the form, you will get a User ID and a Password, with
which you can login to the site and complete the 2nd and 3rd steps.

Step-2 : Filling up of INPA Registration Form
- After you have successfully filled up the User ID Form, you are required to select
the relevant category, VIZ – Officer, PBOR or Widows( Officer's' Widow, PBOR's Widow),
Families of Naval Personnel (Officer's, PBOR's)
- Depending on the Category chosen, the INPA Registration Form, relevant to the category
chosen would be displayed.
- Fill up the fields in the INPA Registration Form. Filling up of the mandatory fields
(displayed with an *) is essential.
- After you have filled up the INPA Registration Form, you have the option to also
submit your resume`. Having One Resume`, apart from INPA Registration Form, on the
site is mandatory for Officers, PBORs, Families of Naval Personnel (Officers / PBOR's).However
for families of Naval Personnel submitting a copy of their Resume is mandatory.
This is optional for Widows. All candidates have an option to upload their Photograph
in Jpeg or GIF format and the ideal width & height must be 3.5 X 5 inches (Passport size) in 72 dpi. Along with their Resume`.
Please note that all candidates except widows registering with INPA are required
to follow the below mentioned Fee Structure.
a. Registration Fee (One Time)
- Officers and Families - Rs. 150/-
- Sailors /Families - Rs. 100/-
b. Annual Subscription Fee
- Officers /Families - Rs. 150/-
- Sailors /Families - Rs. 100/-
The payment should be in the form of an At Par Cheque / Bank Draft drawn in favour of
“Indian Naval Placement Agency” payable at New Delhi
for the amount specified for each rank.
The following documents should accompany the At Par Cheque / Bank Draft
- Bio-data/Resume duly affixed with photograph.
- Photocopy of PPO/Retirement Order.
- Photocopy of Family Pension Order.
- In case of the family of Serving Naval Personnel Certificate from Unit/Ship's CO
giving details of the Naval Personnel
- In case of a family of Retired Naval Personnel Copy of Retirement Order/Service
Certificate.
